For over 25 years, our family owned home care agency, Capitol Home Care Services (formerly Capitol Services International), has been a respected provider of caregiving services to thousands of families in Southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod. We provide multilingual services to our Portuguese, Hispanic, Polish, Italian and other ethnic communities.
